Our Prevention Policy for COVID-19
As the situation with COVID-19 evolves, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our partners, customers and community.
We have taken steps to ensure the health and safety of those involved in the manufacturing, production, and shipping of our products.
Here are some of the steps being taken to ensure the safety of those involved in getting our products to you:
- Staggering shifts and maintaining a 6-foot distance between each station
- Set up partitions at tables in break rooms
- Distributing PPE such as safety masks and gloves to all employees
We understand that our partners are committed to keeping teams safe, and that they will continue to follow guidelines from the CDC, WHO, as well as provincial, state & federal governments and health agencies.
We’ve been assured that everyone who can is working from home, and that partners are increasing the frequency of cleanings at fulfillment centres, and taking extra care to disinfect highly trafficked areas.
These safety measures, as well as the industry-wide changes that have occurred over the past few months are causing a major disruption in speed of order fulfillment. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.
We’re continuing to monitor the situation, and will take action as necessary. This may mean that we need to halt sales from our store again in the future.
